1. Chronic poisoning, but these effects can only be felt after a few months, years, or even before retirement.

Therefore it is necessary to know about the hazardous nature of the chemicals used and how to prevent and control them. Armed with knowledge and always act carefully in the use of hazardous chemicals, accidents that may occur can be avoided.

In order to meet the need for qualified and competent Chemical K3 officers and reduce all possible workplace accidents due to hazardous chemicals, it is no less important to fulfill the Decree of the Minister of Manpower No. kep. 187/MEN/1999 concerning the control of hazardous chemicals in the workplace that companies with a category of major potential hazards are required to employ at least 1 Chemical K3 Expert and at least 2 Chemical K3 Officers (non-shift) and 5 people (shift). Meanwhile, in the intermediate category, 1 person (non-shift) and 3 (shift) Chemical K3 Officers are required to employ: (Article 18 paragraph 1(b) and Article 17 paragraph 1 (a)).
