Manajemen Risiko Puskesmas

Training Manajemen Risiko Puskesmas is a training to identify, evaluate and reduce risk in Puskesmas both proactively and reactively.

Activities include identifying risks and implementing an existing incident reporting system, conducting risk assessments, prioritizing identified risks, determining the response of the Puskesmas to risks, managing a risk case with the aim of minimizing activities, building effective risk prevention efforts, and managing adequate risk financing.
