Keselamatan Pasien

What is the concept of Patient Safety?

Those of you who work in Health Service Facilities such as Puskesmas or Hospitals are certainly no stranger to this.

Patient safety or patient safety is a concept in which every action taken in Health Service Facilities must refer to agreed procedures for the benefit and safety of patients.

Simply put, every day there are many patients who come to the Puskesmas. Each patient has different complaints and different needs.

With these many differences, every medical action taken has a potential risk.

To reduce this risk, a patient safety system was created.

This system was created with the aim of preventing injuries or errors in patient handling that cause dangerous or detrimental risks.

What is regulated in Patient Safety? How to implement it in the Puskesmas where you work? Do one Puskesmas and another have the same Patient Safety procedure?
